Melissa Vasquez, MS, CRNA, ACNP
With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Melissa is both a co-founder of MIVAS aesthetics and a skilled injector. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for two decades and an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) with a Master of Science @ SUNY University of Buffalo , she combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of anatomy, precision, and safety.
Melissa is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, continually pursuing education to offer clients the most effective treatments for natural, refreshed results. Her approach is rooted in personalized care—taking the time to educate clients and guide them through every step of their aesthetic journey, ensuring they feel confident in their choices. With a focus on natural-looking enhancements and glowing skin, Melissa uses medical-grade skincare to create the ideal foundation for injectables and rejuvenation treatments. Ultimately, her goal is to help clients look and feel their best.
Danielle Panza, PA-C
Danielle is a nationally certified and registered physician assistant with a passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from D’Youville College in 2011 and has since dedicated her career to helping clients look and feel their best.
Danielle joined MIVAS aesthetics in 2015, bringing with her a deep appreciation for minimally invasive procedures and the transformative power of aesthetic medicine. She is committed to providing a boutique-style experience tailored to each client’s unique goals, ensuring exceptional care and natural, refined results. Specializing in injectables, she takes pride in enhancing her clients’ natural beauty with precision and artistry.
Beyond her work at MIVAS Aesthetics, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and beloved Frenchie. She finds joy in gardening, yoga, and outdoor activities, embracing a balanced lifestyle that mirrors her approach to aesthetics. Dedicated to continuous learning, she actively pursues advanced training in the ever-evolving field of aesthetic medicine, striving to perfect her craft and offer the latest techniques to her clients.

With over 10 years of experience as a Board Certified Physician Assistant, Jordan has primarily focused her aesthetics training on skin rejuvenation and anti-aging. Her unique experience serving as one of our vascular providers has given her the expertise and skill to address a widespread array of cosmetic complaints related to vascular irregularities, spider veins, and facial veins.
Jordan’s passion for the field of aesthetics stems from a desire to use her medical skills while helping our clients at MIVAS aesthetics enhance their natural beauty to achieve vibrant, younger, healthier-looking skin. Jordan’s higher education began at SUNY Cortland where she majored in Biology. She then went on to earn her Graduate Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Daemen College.
Jordan resides in the Amherst community with her husband, Kevin, and their two children. Outside the treatment room, Jordan and her family spend most summer days water skiing and swimming. Let Jordan help you achieve the glowing skin you deserve.
